Service Description

Enjoy 1hr sauna time! This session is ideal for sea swimmers and for those with less time to spare. We recommend bringing the following: Swimwear Beach shoes / flip flops - ESSENTIAL Water bottle - to rehydrate during sessions 2 towels - one for sauna benches, one for drying Bath robe / dry robe Changing room space is outside, so it’s a good idea to come in easy, comfortable clothing to allow for a quick change. Travel light and if possible arrive ready to sauna!

Cancellation Policy

At Haar Sauna, our cancellation policy has been carefully crafted to safeguard both our business and the expenses we incur in preparing for your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to strike a fair balance. Please take note of our cancellation guidelines: - Cancellations made within 0 to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the full booking fee being charged. - For cancellations occurring between 2 days and 6 days before your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged, along with a £5.00 administrative fee. - If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your appointment time, a full refund will be processed.
