Service Description

Enjoy 60 mins sauna time! This session is ideal for sea swimmers and for those with less time to spare. We recommend bringing the following: Swimwear Beach shoes / flip flops - ESSENTIAL Water bottle - to rehydrate during sessions 2 towels - one for sauna benches, one for drying Bath robe / dry robe Changing room space is outside, so it’s a good idea to come in easy, comfortable clothing to allow for a quick change. Travel light and if possible arrive ready to sauna!
