Cancellation Policy
At Haar Sauna, our cancellation policy ensures fairness while safeguarding the resources we dedicate to preparing your session. Please review our guidelines carefully: Cancellations: - Clients can cancel their bookings up to 5 days before the scheduled start time. If a cancellation occurs 5 days or less before the start time, an £18 admin fee will apply. - For cancellations within 0 to 72 hours of your appointment, the full booking fee will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to manage their own bookings online for greater convenience through the Wix Members Area. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can reschedule their bookings up to 4 days before the scheduled start time. If you wish to reschedule, please email us at info@haarsauna.com with your booking details (name, date, time, and location). No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the day of your booking or fail to show up, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Weather Warnings: In the event of a Met Office weather warning that impacts your session, bookings will be rescheduled only; no refunds will be provided.
