How it works

1. Collect a loyalty card from any of our sauna locations.

2. Collect your stamps
Ask your host to stamp your card when you attend and pay for an eligible session.

3. Complete your card
Once your card is complete, send a clear photo of it to marketing@haarsauna.com.

4. Receive your reward
We’ll send you a unique discount code to use when booking your next eligible session.

Ts&Cs

You can collect and redeem stamps on:

A stamp is given only when an eligible session has been paid for individually.
Sessions booked using a sauna bundle are not eligible for loyalty stamps.
Stamps cannot be backdated, so please remember to ask your host to stamp your card at the time of your session.
Customers are responsible for asking for a loyalty card and requesting their stamp.
Completed loyalty cards can only be redeemed against Community Sauna, Women’s Hour or Men’s Hour sessions.
To redeem your completed card, email a clear photo to marketing@haarsauna.com. You’ll then receive a unique discount code to book your free session.
Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
