Cancellation Policy
Haar Sauna Cancellation Policy At Haar Sauna, our cancellation policy has been carefully crafted to safeguard both our business and the expenses we incur in preparing for your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to strike a fair balance. Please take note of our cancellation guidelines: - Cancellations made within 0 to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the full booking fee being charged. - For cancellations occurring between 2 days and 6 days before your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged, along with a £5.00 administrative fee. - If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your appointment time, a full refund will be processed. We appreciate your understanding of our policy and look forward to providing you with a wonderful experience at Haar Sauna.
