Three friends enjoying Haar Sauna after reading the Guidelines for a safe, Haar Sauna experience.
The Haar Sauna experience, Scotland's first mobile sauna.

To ensure that everyone enjoys their time at our facility, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the following guidelines for a safe Haar Sauna experience:

Safety First

Haar Sauna strongly advises against entering the sea. All individuals who choose to do so assume full responsibility for their own safety and risk.

Please be aware of potential hazards, including hot equipment, slippery surfaces, high temperatures, and airborne contaminants. Engaging with these elements is at your own risk.

All personal property is left at your own risk.

We recommend arriving having recently showered, as only watering cans available for rinsing. Kindly refrain from using your own products or lotions inside the saunas to avoid any potential harm or slipperiness.

Entry Policy

We reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Furthermore, we kindly request that no alcohol, tobacco, or vaping devices be used on our premises.

Medical Safety

If any of the following apply to you, we strongly recommend seeking medical advice before your visit:

Regular use of prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs.

Pregnancy or suspicion of pregnancy (particularly within the first trimester).

Cardiovascular conditions or the use of blood pressure medications.

The presence of a pacemaker or defibrillator.

Recent history of a heart attack (within the last 6 months).

Recent joint injury or chronic joint swelling.

Presence of metal pins, rods, artificial joints, or surgical implants.

Please note that Haar Sauna cannot accept responsibility for customers with the above conditions or in the above situations.
